Shipping Fees

  • Orders of $59.9 or above qualify for free shipping

  • Orders below $59.9:

    • Standard Shipping: $6.99

    • VIP Express Shipping: $12.99

Total delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time:

  • Processing time: 24 hours

  • Shipping time:

    • Standard-weight products (≤ 2kg): 7-18 days

    • Overweight or high-power products (> 2kg or > 100W):

      • Fast shipping: 10-18 days

      • Standard shipping: 30-50 days

Receiving Your Order
Our products are often high-value items. Upon delivery, please inspect the outer box for significant damage before opening. If you notice severe damage, do not open the package-contact service@svetashops.com immediately.
If damage is discovered after opening, please notify us right away and provide photographic evidence clearly showing the affected area.
